another project so we called Jennifer again. We sold the unit for a great profit and this time we bought the whole 2-unit building. Todd remodeled the one unit while we were living in other and then we moved into that unit and he remodeled the 2nd unit. Then Jennifer sold the first unit we were living in once again for a great profit and we are still living in the second unit.
Jennifer has been a great friend to our family; bring pizza and wine over and hanging with the kids and us. We are going to be moving out of state pretty soon and have been getting our unit ready to sell. Of course we have been strategizing the process and timing with Jennifer since the San Francisco real estate market and economy have take a twist for the worst. But we are

I was introduced to Jennifer by some
friends and really enjoyed working with her. I was searching for a single family house and Jennifer warned me upfront that, given the market for SFRs in the city, would likely take months to find.
